The Baggage Factory aims to dispatch your order within 5 working days.
UK: Allow up to 7 working days from confirmation of order for delivery. For some Samsonite orders the delivery time can be up to 10 days. If you do not get the parcel within this time please contact us ASAP.
Western Europe: Allow up to 14 working days from confirmation of order for delivery.
Rest of the world: Allow up to 20 working days from confirmation of order for delivery.
The Baggage Factory ltd do not currently ship to locations outside of the UK.

UK: Your items are sent either by Royal Mail Special Delivery or other suitable courier service. Upon receipt of the goods a signature will be required.
