How Your Order is Delivered
Your items are quality checked to ensure your order leaves us in perfect condition. Your order will be sent either by Royal Mail Special Delivery or other suitable courier service. When the delivery agent arrives you will be required to provide a signature as proof of goods receipt.Acknowledgement of receipt is important since it allows us to track the safe arrival of your order and monitor any delays or other delivery problems.
Checks You Should Do When Your Goods Arrive:
Look for obvious signs of damage to the outer packing of your parcel and inform us by e-mail as soon as you can if you suspect your parcel has been tampered with or suffered significant damage in transit.
Ensure that you advise the delivery agent about any damage you notice and that this is recorded at the time you sign for the goods receipt.
