Should you wish to exchange or return any items you may have purchased from our on-line sales website. Please return your item(s) unworn and in an unmarked condition within 14 days, enclosing a copy of your invoice to:

Please send returned items via a guaranteed delivery service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. The Baggage Factory ltd cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us.
Please state whether an exchange or refund is required along with your details. Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund. The Baggage Factory reserve the right to charge a £10.0 surcharge for all goods returned without good reason.We regret postage and packaging cannot be refunded. In order for an exchange the sum of £4.99 must be included to cover re-posting charge. We can only refund the credit or debit card originally used for payment.
Please note that we are unable to accept the return of goods in person to our office address or any of our retail stores. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. You will be responsible for the postage fees to return the goods unless the item is faulty. We cannot accept liability for an item lost or damaged in transit. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
