Baggage Factory Ltd Bella Viaggi Products are quality assured. All of Bella Viaggi products are thoroughly tested to very high standards. If you encounter problems with any Bella Viaggi product caused by manufacturing defect in material or workmanship , Baggage Factory Limited will replace the defective product with like or equivalent in accordance with the warranty conditions stated herein. The warranty applies only to the purchaser or gift recipient of the Product. The duration of the warranty is 2 years from date of purchase from the Baggage Factory Ltd. The warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse (such as transportation of unusual items), neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage (by airlines for example.

The warranty does not cover the costs of sending your defective product for assessment and replacement. All such costs will be borne by the purchaser/sender. Where a replacement product is deemed appropriate under this warranty, the Baggage Factory Ltd will ship a replacement or equivalent at it’s cost. All warranty claims must be accompanied with the original sales invoice issued at the time of your purchase. This plus the defective product should be returned to the Baggage Factory Ltd address as specified on our Web Site – www.baggagefactory.co.uk To the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties are hereby excluded. The warranty provided herein is limited to the value of the Product. Manufacturing specifications are subject to change without notice. Product locks are intended only to prevent accidental opening and cannot necessarily prevent theft of the Product or its contents, breakage or entry by airline or airport personnel or governmental authorities. Inspect your Product immediately after handling by anyone other than you. If damaged in transit, submit a claim to the transit company (which is insured against damaging your product) at the place of arrival, if possible, before clearing customs.
